Embassytown: A Novel by China Miéville

I liked the imaginative world the author built, the unique aliens, and their bio technology. The concept of their language was intriguing and kept me engaged in the story. However, I did find the story a bit drawn out. I felt like it could have contained one or two more plot lines that perhaps explored the alien planet more. Also, I found some of the sentences choppy, almost Yoda-like.
