A Game of Thrones by George R. R. Martin

What a great book! Superb world-building, deep characters, intricate plots. This book has it all for fantasy lovers.

The television series is excellent but I found reading made it a little easier to follow the characters and plot lines. I will continue reading this series. Hopefully I won’t finish until the last book is available.
