Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcom Gladwell

In this bestselling book, Malcom Gladwell researches commonalities among successful people and groups. While intelligence and high IQ can contribute to success, it does not explain the whole story. Culture, perseverance and being born at the right time are all very important too.

To me, it is a good reminder that I am very lucky in the first place to actually be alive and extremely lucky to have the luxury of writing book reviews rather than worrying where my next meal will come from.
